Storage

Tips

1) Purchase a heavy, study, thick lock, preferably a disc lock, that cannot easily be cut with bolt cutters.  This will deter any thieves which might target your unit.

2)  Make a list of what you are storing (and in which unit if you have more than one) to make locating your valuables easier in the future.

3)  Use plastic containers when convenient as cardboard boxes are loved by spiders and mice.

4)  We recommend putting Decon (or some sort of mouse deterrent) inside each unit close to the front near the door.  Some clients even spray their units for pests.

5)  If you will be storing anything wooden, including tables with wooden legs, we recommend laying plastic down under the wood.  This prevents wood damange from water seeping through the concrete.
